Let’s be honest: we’re not built for the hustle-at-all-costs, algorithm-chasing, caffeine-fueled grind culture that dominates so much of the business world. Especially not those of us building businesses while also navigating the realities of cyclical energy, caregiving, neurodivergence, and the deep, often invisible emotional labor of being.
I work with women—coaches, therapists, changemakers—who want real growth, sustainable results, and deeper impact. But what they don’t want is to lose themselves in the process. And that’s the sweet spot where everything I create is born.
The Ebb, the Flow, and the Fierce Middle Ground
Your energy is not linear. And thank god for that.

Let me be clear: everything I’ve created—including this blog—has been powered, in part, by AI. And not in a soulless, robotic way. I use tools like ChatGPT as a thought partner, a strategist, a second set of eyes. It helps me refine ideas, save time, and stay aligned when my executive functioning decides to take a detour.
But here's the thing: you are the soul behind the strategy. AI can assist. But it can’t replicate your intuition, your mission, or your lived wisdom. When we combine the human heart with smart tools? That’s when the magic happens.

Everything I teach, guide, and create is rooted in lived experience—mine and yours. It’s shaped by the days I’ve showed up exhausted, and the days I’ve felt like Beyoncé in the boardroom.
